Switched at birth

yesterday while waiting for Columbus Blue Jackets game I had pretty much nothing to do, so I decided to watch some comedy series

only problem, is that I choose the wrong one:)))

Switched at birth

the name says pretty much everything

except, that one of the girls is deaf

and it is not comedy, but drama

nevertheless I'm going to watch that

why?

that's why:

Sean Berdy

what a handsome man he is (he is already 18, so I can like him :))

he is playing the deaf boy and in real life he is deaf too

yeap, that sunshine boy can't hear, but just looking at him makes you wanna hug the whole world

I recommend you watching that tv show, because it actually shows that deaf people are not helpless, they can live almost to the fullest and it shows you the basic knowledge of how to talk to the deaf people without offending them

:)

Another reason why I love Tallinn

we have perfectly clean water, the one you can drink straight from the tap

my sister told me today, that they have some problems with the water in Türi

and by some problems I mean inability to use it while cooking (and I'm not even talking about taking showers)

so yaaaaaaaaaaaaaay

I love you too, small town in the middle of nowhere

to buy water in bottles in the country where you can find water everywhere, well thaaaaat's a smart move

dammit

YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORK!!!!

Allen York, you are awesome!

have you seen that game with Florida?

have you, have you?

I was so impressed with Allen, especially when we played 3 on 5, freaking 3 on 5, and yet our defense worked perfectly, our goaltender was confident and reliable, not a single puck was scored during that 3 on 5, which is pretty rare

I thought I would have a heart attack :))) seriously, I couldn't watch the whole game, I always made short 3 minutes breaks:)))yeeeah, I get too emotional while watching hockey:)

I guess that's a good training for my nerves:)))

once again, I don't understand, why we are the worst team in the NHL with the game like that:)

Columbus Blue Jackets – Florida Panthers – 4:1 (1:0, 1:0, 2:1)

1:0 – CBJ - R.J. Umberger (Derick Brassard, Cam Atkinson) – 03:41.
2:0 – CBJ - Nikita Nikitin - (Mark Letestu, Vinny Prospal) – 31:48 (5x4).
3:0 – CBJ - Nikita Nikitin (Derek Dorsett, Ryan Johansen) – 43:01.
3:1 – FLA - Tomas Kopecky (Kris Versteeg, Dmitry Kulikov) – 47:57.
4:1 – CBJ - R.J. Umberger (Rick Nash, Nikita Nikitin) – 59:12 (empty net goal).

Goaltenders: York (Sv% 0.968) – Theodore (0.893)
Shots On Goal: 29 (6-15-8) – 31 (15-10-6).
Penalty: 8 (6-2-0) – 12 (0-10-2).

yeap, 0.968:)))

about the penalties, I do think, that referees were kinda doubtful, Florida must had got much more penalty minutes (they definitely were not playing their clean game, but some hellish messy game with ugly moves)

anyway, Umberger 2 goals and Nikitin 2 goals, yeeeeeah, Nikita is growing in Columbus like a bull on steroids:) the best season in his career so far

We Salute You!

The good old hockey game

I have found my new ringtone:

sing along:)

The good old hockey game!
Its the best game you can name!
And the best game you can name,
is the good old hockey game!

It's hockey night tonight!

:)

I love hockey:)

Space pics

to look only with the mouth wide open:

Filigree and Shadow

Wispy tendrils of hot dust and gas glow brightly in this ultraviolet image of the Cygnus Loop Nebula, taken by NASA’s Galaxy Evolution Explorer. The nebula lies about 1,500 light-years away, and is a supernova remnant, left over from a massive stellar explosion that occurred 5,000-8,000 years ago. The Cygnus Loop extends more than three times the size of the full moon in the night sky, and is tucked next to one of the 'swan’s wings' in the constellation of Cygnus.

The filaments of gas and dust visible here in ultraviolet light were heated by the shockwave from the supernova, which is still spreading outward from the original explosion. The original supernova would have been bright enough to be seen clearly from Earth with the naked eye. Image Credit: NASA/JPL-Caltech

Chandra Finds Fastest Wind From Stellar-Mass Black Hole

This artist's impression shows a binary system containing a stellar-mass black hole called IGR J17091-3624, or IGR J17091 for short. The strong gravity of the black hole, on the left, is pulling gas away from a companion star on the right. This gas forms a disk of hot gas around the black hole, and the wind is driven off this disk.

New observations with NASA's Chandra X-ray Observatory clocked the fastest wind ever seen blowing off a disk around this stellar-mass black hole. Stellar-mass black holes are born when extremely massive stars collapse and typically weigh between five and 10 times the mass of the Sun.

The record-breaking wind is moving about twenty million miles per hour, or about three percent the speed of light. This is nearly ten times faster than had ever been seen from a stellar-mass black hole, and matches some of the fastest winds generated by supermassive black holes, objects millions or billions of times more massive.

Another unanticipated finding is that the wind, which comes from a disk of gas surrounding the black hole, may be carrying away much more material than the black hole is capturing.

The high speed for the wind was estimated from a spectrum made by Chandra in 2011. A spectrum shows how intense the X-rays are at different energies. Ions emit and absorb distinct features in spectra, which allow scientists to monitor them and their behavior. A Chandra spectrum of iron ions made two months earlier showed no evidence of the high-speed wind, meaning the wind likely turns on and off over time.

Man and Machine

While Robonaut 2 has been busy testing its technology in microgravity aboard the International Space Station, NASA and General Motors have been working together on the ground to find new ways those technologies can be used.

The two groups began working together in 2007 on Robonaut 2, or R2, which in 2011 became the first humanoid robot in space. NASA and GM now are developing a robotic glove that auto workers and astronauts can wear to perform their respective jobs, while reducing the risk of repetitive stress injuries. Officially, it’s called the Human Grasp Assist device, but generally it’s called the K-Glove or Robo-Glove.

In this image, Robonaut and a spacesuit-gloved hand are extended toward each other to demonstrate the collaboration between robots and humans in space.

Everything is perfectly fine

finally:)

it seems like if I got older and wiser during this week

and I have no idea why, but every single thing I hadn't understood about people now makes sense

for real

all those lies, all those awkward moments

everything had a reason:)

and for the most of the times, those reasons were actually good

so yeah, I'm calmed down now

because after all, life is meaningless, so you should stay happy all the time:)

and after I lost that desire to meet my The One and started taking all boys as my friends only, I started to get more attention:)

so that's kinda cute:) like I needed you then and I don't need you now, but now you need me, is that that thing, when you don't cherish the one you always had next to you until that one leaves?

it is sad, though

and not to be sad, here is the song:

I wanna go to their concert

I’m not afraid of anything, and I’ve got the whole world in front of me.

:)

It's hockey night!

because of the fact that my lovely boys couldn't make it to the playoffs, we have only 5 games left

therefore, ignoring the fact that my body need to sleep before moving to the middle of nowhere, it is hockey night tonight!!!

and by night I mean early morning, because the game is at 2 AM:)))

lets go, Jackets!

lets score, Jackets!

:)

We salute you!

let me ignore our loss and concentrate only on wins:)

Blue Jackets vs Red Wings, last time we lost 2:7, this time we won 4:2, yes, beaaaaches, our revenge:)))

due to our goalie Steve Mason was injured on a game day during the practice, we had to sign a one day contract, I didn't know, that those exist:))) I need to find hockey sensei, who can explain me those details:)

he is our back up one day goalie Shawn Hunwick:

Shawn Hunwick #31 of the Columbus Blue Jackets stretches prior to the start of the game against the Detroit Red Wings on March 28, 2012 at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. Hunwick was signed to a one day amateur try-out contract by the Columbus Blue Jackets. (Photo by Jamie Sabau/NHLI via Getty Images)

aaaaand liiiiike aaaaalwaaaaays the happiest hockey player on planet Earth our Vinny, who scored again:

Vinny Prospal #22 is congratulated by Brett Lebda #23 and Mark Letestu #17, all of the Columbus Blue Jackets, after scoring a goal against the Detroit Red Wings during the first period on March 28, 2012 at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. (Photo by Jamie Sabau/NHLI via Getty Images)

how can you not smile, when he is smiling like that?:)))

one day I will write some serious work about how hockey players ignore gravity:

Derick Brassard #16 of the Columbus Blue Jackets celebrates after scoring a goal against Ty Conklin #29 of the Detroit Red Wings during the second period on March 28, 2012 at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. (Photo by Jamie Sabau/NHLI via Getty Images)

despite the fact, that I love Ryan Miller and he will always be the best goalie in the world for me, my big goaltender loving heart has plenty of space:) for Mason, Sanford, Price, Luongo, Thomas, Ward, Niemi, Niittymäki and now officially for Allen York. Welcome!

Allen York #41 is congratulated by Vinny Prospal #22, both of the Columbus Blue Jackets, after defeating the Detroit Red Wings 4-2 to notch his first NHL win in his first NHL start on March 28, 2012 at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio (Photo by Jamie Sabau/NHLI via Getty Images)

I love Columbus Blue Jackets, I really do, just look how passionately they play:

We Salute You!!!

I love hockey

There were no smiles from Wings coach Mike Babcock. "We didn't play. We didn't compete," Babcock said. "The team that plays the hardest and works the hardest wins 99 percent of the games. They had a young kid in net that had never played in the League before that we could have put some pressure on, and we never put any pressure on him at all -- we got five shots in the first period. NHL.com

Columbus Blue Jackets – Detroit Red Wings – 4:2 (2:1, 2:0, 0:1)

1:0 – CBJ - Prospal (Nash) – 06:26.
2:0 – CBJ - Dorsett (Johansen) – 14:17.
2:1 – DET - Zetterberg (Datsyuk, Holmström) – 16:23 (5x4).
3:1 – CBJ - Brassard (Nikitin, Umberger) – 34:30.
4:1 – CBJ - Umberger (Atkinson, Nikitin) – 35:57.
4:2 – DET - Kronwall (Lidström, Datsyuk) – 49:34 (5x4).

Just to point that out, both Detroit goals were scored in the power play, yeah, my team doesn't need power play to score:)

Goaltenders: York (Sv% 0.935) – Conklin (0.871)
Hits: 31 (14-8-9) – 31 (5-8-18).
Penalties: 10 (4-4-2) – 8 (2-4-2).

We rock, my friends, we rock

Cake - Frank Sinatra

I'm into weird music lately:

for no apparent reason I'm always smiling on that 01:40 moment with music only

:)

this world must be perfect, if there is so much good music in it

Browsers

I'm Opera's girl

I know that is probably the least used big browser out there, but I will stick to it:)

I had tried all big 5 (IE, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera, Firefox) and I have to say I don't get that over expanded love to Google

now I have on my desktop PC Opera as the main browser and Explorer as back up and on my netbook Opera and Safari

yeap, no Chrome or Firefox

I love Opera, because it suits me perfectly well, someday it started eating my memory as a hungry lion, but on the next day those awesome guys already made an update and it all went back to normal:) it looks well, it works fast, it is clean and elegant, the only problem I have, that it starts bit too slow when you turn on the computer, but not in an annoying way, so my Internet heart belongs to Opera

but why Internet Explorer, when 90% of users call it the worst browser and the other 10 simply don't know how to download another one? Because I have an infinite respect for Microsoft for creating those masterpieces of computer technology, yeah, Internet Explorer crashes too often, but hey, you can't be perfect in everything you do:) I have never had any troubles with Windows or any other Microsoft product, I still have Vista and despite all those rude talks about how often it crashes and how slow it is, I had not had a single problem with it, it works perfectly fine and stable and fast:) may be Microsoft knows how I adore them and somehow I get only their best products, and that's why when somebody starts saying something bad about Microsoft or Explorer or Bill Gates I'm always turning into Microsoft fan, even though I'm Opera's girl:)

and yes, if choosing between Bill Gates and Steve Jobs I'm always on Bill's side, such a wonderful man he is

Safari I have only because of the look:))) yeah, yeah, shame on me:) it is not comfortable for me to use in every day life, but damn, it looks good:)

Firefox used to be one of my favorites, but then suddenly it became so unstable and so messy, that I switched back to Internet Explorer (it was before Opera became so perfect)

and I really, really don't understand why people love Chrome so much, perfectly ordinary browser for me. may be I don't get something, but deep down in my soul, where all my conspiracy ideas live the little golden ring is always ringing: "Google already has too much power and too much information about everybody", so yeah:) you can call me the freak, Google search engine is almost perfect, but already only from that search engine it knows too much about me:) I don't want to sound hysterical, but you have to limit the power of a company (not Microsoft, though, it is already the main thing in my computer, so if they want to collect information about me, that can simply add some extremely handy code to the command line or something like that, they don't need tricky browser)

and I love this picture:

team Microsoft:)

*and Opera

Nomy

daaaamn, that man is good:

it seems to me, that I had heard him before, but somehow just today I rediscovered him:)

such a wonderfully angry song:)

and despite my love towards angry songs my favorite is the country style one:

So bring your guns How can you ever win
I can see all your fear I can see where you've been

and I recommend you buying his Nomy - Disconnected (2010) (well, to whom am I lying, download it in the Internet:))) the songs there are interesting

I suppose that the lead singer is the dark one and the cutie pie next to him, is, well, cutie pie:)))

so bring your guns pararararara

Why are you so mean, people?

so

today while going to the bus stop (I wanna thank MTV my doctor for not allowing me to drive) some Russian guy started to say mean things to me, because I was not wearing any warm clothes, I'm sorry, if you hadn't noticed, it is already +7 and I'm not going to wear winter coats only because your body thinks it is cold. that somehow upset me very much, like why the hell would you say rude things to the person you don't know at all. I was not in the mood to talk to that drunkie, so as always I answered in polite Estonian language "I beg your pardon, could you be so nice and repeat it in Estonian language" and because I don't look like Russian and because 90% of Russian drunkies don't know Estonian language he decided not to mess with me anymore

Why are you so mean, people?

why are you screaming on a girl, who works in the store, only because you took something without the info sticker?

why are you screaming on a boy, who was riding his skateboard and accidentally hit you?

I don't like rude people

I adore pure evil people

but not those balls of rudeness

so relax and listen to some kind music:

such a lovely song

And the rattlesnake said
I wish I had hands so
I could hug you like a man

And then the cactus said:
Don't you understand
My skin is covered
With sharp spikes
That'll stab you
Like a thousand knives

A hug would be nice
But hug my flower
With your eyes

I'm a tree hugger myself:)

I still love you

even when you lose 6:3

I guess my endless love for you is endless

:)

it is funny, though, how easily you can say you love something and how hard it is to say that to one person

nevertheless, Columbus Blue Jackets, I love you

:)))

I really don't get it, why the hell do we lose all the time with the game like that

yeah, Mason has some issues with being stable, but look at our York, well that's one hell of a good goalie out there, and why hadn't we use him before?

I love how they skate, I love how they pass the puck, I love how fast they move, I love that when somebody fighting, the rest are coming very quickly and standing back to him, so that they could protect him from the outside

I do think we should play bit more individually, juuuust a bit more

and how you seen that beauty, that my ray of sunshine did? I mean penalty goal by Rick Nash, our Captain

strong, fast and confident

:)

I love you, Columbus Blue Jackets with all of my big heart

even when you lose 6:3, you are still the best team in hockey world

and I loooooove watching hockey in normal human like time:) which is 10PM:)

Lokaal Helsinki

I found it!

the perfect place to watch hockey:

Lokaal Helsinki

right in the old town

I had never been there and I don't really know why, because Captain Obvious reminds you, that I love Finland

:)))

anyway, yesterday we went there just to check that place and the first thing I saw was the TV with hockey channel on:)) the second thing: plenty of Finnish people and the third, that drunk Finns can't sing karaoke:) I didn't like the design of that place, but they have plenty of big tv's with hockey, so it is enough for me:)

therefore, during the world hockey championship games (those which would be shown in Saturday, because it is my last week in Tallinn and I'm moving to Türi in the end of this week) I will be living in that place screaming Miiiiiiiiikkkkkkkkoooooooooooooo Kkkkkkooooooooooooooivu and not being ashamed of loving Canadian hockey team over Finnish:)))

Daaaaaaamn

Perfect place for me:)))

!!!

I love you

:)))

5:1

!!!

it is glad to see Mason playing so well:)

old good Steve is back

and I simply love the style of the game, that my boys have:)

you can call it "elegant"

I'm sad, though, that one of the most handsome men in hockey world (Ward) hadn't played so well

remember I told you how I love how Prospal reacts to every goal? Well this game Vinny scored himself:

Vinny Prospal #22 of the Columbus Blue Jackets is congratulated by his teammates after scoring a goal against the Carolina Hurricanes during the first period on March 23, 2012 at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. (Photo by Jamie Sabau/NHLI via Getty Images)

and remember, I told you, that I love how R.J. has a hope for his team and he was sure, we will win the Stanley Cup soon

well, this game he made a hat trick:

R.J. Umberger #18 of the Columbus Blue Jackets is congratulated by teammates after scoring his third goal of the game during the third period against the Carolina Hurricanes on March 23, 2012 at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. I am so glad he made it:)

We salute you, Columbus Blue Jackets!

The best team in the world!

I will follow

Okaaaay, I admit it, I cried, when I heard that song in Finland:)))

happy tears, though:)

I just can't get enough of his voice

what scared me, is that I would had followed Rise Against if they had offered to go and set something on fire, because of that unquestionable trust

what scared me even more is the fact, that I will not follow anybody I know, like I have not a single person whom I can follow to the other part of the world

what gave me a little panic attack was a realization that I am capable of moving alone perfectly fine, I always thought, that I need somebody by my side to direct me, well, one year later and I don't see any need of that whatsoever:) Nevertheless I'm scared, that without some calm blond guy I will end my life in the jail:) therefore I suggest I don't need somebody to follow, but rather somebody to calm me down and set my overreacting temper bit off

:)

so, as for now, I will follow only Rise Against :)

you can follow me, I don't have an objection

yesterday I met with one of my friends and we had talked for 4 hours, just sitting in the bar and four freaking hours of talks:) I missed her, and apparently her life is similarly messed up like mine (she is happily married though and has a wonderful son)

I will foooooooollllooooooowwwwww

while looking at my Rise Against poster, I realized, that the fist there is not the aggressive one:

I am obviously not a boxer, but even I know, that the first rule of a street fighting is to put your thumb inside the hand to protect it from being broken

in their logo the thumb lies over the rest of the fingers, therefore I guess they are not planning to fight:)

o-o-o, may be thats some sort of a secret code, when they change their logo so that the thumb would not be seen, then they will organize some street fights

is it? is it? is it?

:)))

we rock

Good job, Katy

I guess it is a girls thing, when we feel betrayed we always wanna change our hair:)

but she looks sooooooo pretty with the short hair (may be because of the color lens, but still)

way better than "Friday" crap (if only there were no auto tune)

Normal people

don't need so much information

but me... now I have my Internet to take with me to Türi and I subscribed to the newspaper, so that I could read news with comfort:) I wonder whether it is the first subscription to Postimees in Russian language in the city:)))

I remember

la la ta ta ta

:)

my doc said that no drivers license for me yet

but I'm still not giving up:)))

my destiny is probably not to drive, but to sit next to the driver:)

will you be my driver?

the weather in Estonia is sooooo gooooood right now

+7 is like the perfect temperature for the spring, I hope it won't get warmer

CleanMem prog is working perfectly, it is so sad that you can't get it for your own memory

if I had this, I would probably erase only 3 memories: one from my childhood, one with the names of their girlfriends (funny though, that he didn't explain why did he lie about living alone, I thought we were friends) it is weird, that knowing somebody you like have a girl can be not so heartbreaking, but when you know the name of the girl it all becomes real and the pictures starting to appear in your head, where they both are holding hands and laugh and spend some time together and you sit in your room motionless, because you like the person who I guess had some fun with you and you still like those boys, despite the fact that they are taken, and they will always be there in your memories, because you can't erase them and in some point you don't want to, because the persons they were to me, were almost perfect, but well, I still have my room of shattered dreams:))) and one big memory of my mental breakdowns:)I hadn't had it for a while, I guess I am getting more stable in terms of not caring:)

but it is all sad

life somehow turned to be one hell of a sad thing

I am no longer looking for my The One, because I fail in choosing people

it is not right when you expect people to be bad to you, when you want them to be good, because somehow you still see only good in people and when those things happen you are mostly mad at yourself, because "how could I be so blind":)

should I wear double glasses?:)

I like having bad eyesight, because when I put off my glasses I see the world in beautiful colors and shapes

like this one:

I should try living without glasses for a day

I dunno

I am tired of everything

but somehow I'm sure something really good will happen in the next three day

with no apparent reason:)

Nevertheless

I still think you are the best hockey team in the world

is that man from the right some sort of Godfather?

and sometimes my boys get angry too:

Derek Dorsett #15 of the Columbus Blue Jackets is called for roughing after hitting Andrew Shaw #65 of the Chicago Blackhawks during the second period on March 20, 2012 at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. (Photo by Jamie Sabau/NHLI via Getty Images)

damn, while watching highlights and photos from that last game I instantly got focused on his face:

John Moore #4 of the Columbus Blue Jackets and Patrick Sharp #10 of the Chicago Blackhawks chase after a loose puck during the second period on March 20, 2012 at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio. (Photo by Jamie Sabau/NHLI via Getty Images)

that John is one hell of a cutie out there

and from another game (where we won) I love this picture:

Teammates of the Columbus Blue Jackets celebrate after a shootout win against the Calgary Flames on March 18, 2012 at the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. (Photo by Gerry Thomas/NHLI via Getty Images)

Prospal is probably the most emotional one in out team and I love how he always celebrates every goal with all of his heart

:)

you are the best, Columbus Blue Jackets

it just was not your season

but we will have our revenge the next one, don't we?:)

We salute you!

Helsinki, Day 2

I love Finns

and apparently Finns love me back

:)

just standing at a tram stop, waiting for a tram at 01:00 while talking to some cutie boys

yeap, I can't imagine this thing in Estonia, because I'm just not that type that men here love:) but in Finland I am that type, may be because they got tired of dark people and I am being all that white is like a rare animal:))) or may be because I have something Finnish in me, people often ask me, if I am Finn:) I have one friend and she is natural blond, like for real, to die for blond hair, so people suggest that she is from Sweden:)))there we are, two friends, one from Sweden the second one from Finland, when we both are Estonian Russians:) people, stop mixing your blood:))

nevertheless, when I got back to the hostel it was about 2 AM and because there was a sign, that shower room usage is not recommended after 23:00 I had to wash my hair in a bathroom, in that awful dirty bathroom and while I was washing it in the sink, some women came and left with wtf look, whaaaat, I'm sorry, I'm doing my "like a sir" things:))) I don't like "like a lady" expression, because it sounds like something bad:)

and while moving to towards our comfy room I realized, I have trouble breathing:))) it hurt soooooo muuuuuuch just to take a breath:) but that idiotic smile couldn't leave my face, because of RISE AGAINST!

:)

At 11 I already was back in the city, this time I used Railway station lockers to leave my bags, of course had issues with that evil locker again, but managed to do everything right

I had only one planned trip and that was

5. NATURAL HISTORY MUSEUM

The museum presents three exhibitions: Finnish Nature, History of Life, and Story of the Bones. Visitors can dive beneath the surface of the Baltic Sea and marvel at the collection of bones and magnificent dinosaurs.

Pohjoinen Rautatiekatu 13
tel. +358 (0)9 191 28800
Open: Tue-Wed and Fri 9am-4pm, Thu 9am-6pm, Sat-Sun 10am-4pm
Entrance fees: adults €6, children and discount groups €3, free admission on Thursdays 4pm-6pm

what? I am a nerd and I have no problems admitting that I'm obsessed with dinosaurs * and hockey ** and Rise Against *** and books **** and space ***** and billion other things

and that's when I understood how huge whales really are:

and how creepy elephants are:

and how incredibly beautiful nordic nature is:

and that my cat is probably some wild cat, because he looks similar to this one:

and that bears have some hell of a tough claws:

and that lions are smaller than I thought and look somehow depressive:

and that if I see orangutan in the nature, I would die, because how huge it is and how human like but yet not human it is:) :

and how beautiful birds are even without colors (sometimes I think, that parrots are so colorful just to attract other birds and not because they are from jungle and it is easier for them to hie being that colorful, I myself am a fan of owls and eagles and other similar birds with muted colors):

but I was looking for this one:

sadly they didn't have anything significant about the space, but it doesn't matter, because all I wanted to see was this one cutie pie:

and this photo was taken just before I was attacked by Giganotosaurus carolinii, I know, like I was minding my own business, when he appeared and attacked me from behind: dot dot doooot

little dinos:

just look how huge that Giganotosaurus is and whaaaat a tail:

found our bro:

and this skeleton made me smile for no reason:

and then I made another come back to my dino just to look for pterodactyls:

flyyy, dacty, flyyyy

and then for the third time:

aaahhhhhh

the museum itself was interesting and I loved how many kids with parents there were, because only kids can be happy despite what close standing people think about them:)

the only thing I didn't like about the museum was their souvenir shop, no pens, no pencils, no shopping bags, nothing useful there:( not even a stuffed dinosaur toy

but that's okaaaaay

I wasn't there for a long time, not more than an hour (from what 30 minutes I was staring on bones):)))

then I decided that it is the right time to visit some church and I chose the most beautiful one:

10. TEMPPELIAUKIO CHURCH

Quarried out of the natural bedrock, Temppeliaukio Church is one of Helsinki’s most important tourist attractions and a popular venue for concerts.

Lutherinkatu 3,
tel. +358 (0)9 2340 5920
Open: Mon-Sat 10am-5pm, Sun 11:45am-5pm (Closed during religious services)

I love this place, not because it is church, but because how it is made of:

a good place to sit, when your legs can't move

then it was time to eat, and I'm writing about it only because in the bathroom of that coffee house there was a line "Moriarty was real" :))) like whaaaaat, I love you, Finland, despite the vandalized walls in that bathroom:))) because Moriarty WAS real:)))

then I tried to find Sibelius monument and according to the map, I was really close to it, but still couldn't find it

then was my hunt for Taffel Hearts chips and I had found it and I had bought 3 big packs of it and in a week it was already eaten:))) if you don't know what to give me as a b-day present Taffel Hearts will do that:) *or dino toy ** or something about hockey (Columbus Blue Jackets to be exact) *** or Rise Against merch **** or billion other things

due to it was already getting dark in the streets and bit colder, I decided to take my usual ride in the subway to the end stop and have a walk there

if you are wondering, metro in Finland is boring but trams are funny:

they are not muted orange, but like orange orange:)))

and everything in it is orange too:

how can you be sad in an orange subway?

:)

the vicinity was filled with muslim people, though

I hadn't seen any white person there, but I guess I was there simply on the wrong time, because houses there were lovely:)

on the way back I had noticed this strange thing in the window:

Dear Finns, would you be so kind and explain me, WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?

it is not big, it is literally huuuuuuuuuuuuuuge

and it was not the only one, I saw at least one more, so what the eff is that for?

desperately want to know the answer

and after going back to Central railway station I decided that it is the right time to look for the subway

and not in metro meaning, but in OMG how incredibly tasty it is subway

I felt in love with this place, it is bit pricy (9 eur for sandwich+big coke), but it is totally worth it

I ordered my own sandwich, because obviously I don't eat meat and all those cheap sandwiches include meat, so I ordered the filling that I wanted to and that was the most tasteful fast food I had ever eaten, EVER, I loved how they baked the bread, I loved how fresh the vegetable were and I simply loved how it all came out:)))

I had read, that Subway is coming to Estonia very soon too, so I can't wait for it, I just hope they will hire correct personal, so that they could make those sandwiches as tasty as where I had eaten

the inside was not so pretty, but this place was not supposed to offer the slow eat:)

so my very big thank you to the person who recommended me to visit this place

Thank you!

due to that I was tired and my body was aching after the insane jumping decided to return to the harbor bit earlier (if speaking the truth I was planning to go to the other Subway next to the harbor, to get the sandwich for that person who recommended that, but because he was absent in Internet I couldn't asked him what does he eat, so I didn't buy it)

it was time to vanish from Finland, and Jana in black did that:

in some part of my brain while taking this photo I hoped I would see the mystery tram number 8 in reflection (and who cares about science:)))

and after chilling out in the harbor I went to the ship and sitting on the second floor of the bar was looking in the window for the dark sea (it was already 23 00) and thinking how amazingly awesome that trip was:)

I love you, Rise Against!

I love you, Giganotosaurus!

I love you, Finland!

I love you all

:)

How can you show me paradise, When I'm leaving?
